Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use the Ren Asian Grocery website and place an order with us. Please read them before ordering.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and have a delivery address within our current delivery area. You need an account to place an order, earn Ren Rewards points or use member offers.

2. Your account

Keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at renasiangrocery@gmail.com if you think your account has been used without permission. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or misuse of promotions.

3. Products and information

We take care to describe products accurately, including ingredients, allergens and country of origin where available. Manufacturers can change their products, so always read the label before use, especially if you have an allergy. Images are for illustration and packaging may vary.

4. Prices and GST

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Many basic foods are GST-free; your order summary shows the GST included. The price you pay is the price confirmed at checkout. If we make an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before processing your order and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

5. Promotions, coupons and community offers

Promotions are subject to their stated dates, eligibility and limits. Unless stated otherwise, offers can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined, and are limited to one use per customer. Community club offers are available to eligible supporters of participating clubs. We may withdraw an offer if it's being misused.

6. Ordering and payment

Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send you an order confirmation. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll refund that item or, with your agreement, offer a substitute.

7. Delivery

We deliver to your address. The delivery fee depends on the driving distance from our nearest store; see Delivery information. There's no delivery time to choose: we deliver as soon as your order is packed. Delivery fees depend on driving distance and are shown before you pay. For addresses further than our standard delivery distances, you place your order without paying, we email you the delivery fee, and you pay the full amount once you've seen it. If you don't pay within the time shown, the order is cancelled and you aren't charged. We may cancel an order at any time if items are out of stock or we can't deliver to the address; if we do, we refund the full amount. See our Delivery Policy.

8. Cancelling an order

You can ask us to cancel by email. Cancellations within 12 hours of ordering are refunded less the payment processing fee; after 12 hours a 25% fee applies to dry items and picked fresh or perishable items aren't refunded. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy. We may cancel an order if we can't deliver to your address, the payment can't be verified, or the items are unavailable, and we'll refund any amount paid in full.

9. Returns and refunds

Our Returns and Refund Policy explains how to tell us about a problem. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Ren Rewards

Ren Rewards points have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are earned and redeemed under the rules shown on the Ren Rewards page, which we may update with reasonable notice. Points earned on an order that is refunded or cancelled may be reversed. We may cancel points obtained through fraud or misuse.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information under our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including our name and logo, belongs to Ren Asian Grocery or its licensors. Product brands belong to their owners.

13. Our liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of this website.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.
