Where do you deliver?

To your door. The delivery fee depends on the driving distance from our nearest store. Enter your address in the delivery picker or on our Delivery information page (or tap Use my current location) to see your fee.

How much is delivery?

It depends on driving distance and is shown before you pay. If you're further away than our standard distances, place your order and we'll email you the fee; you only pay once you've seen it. Eligible orders over the free-delivery threshold ship free.

When will my order arrive?

We give you the earliest available delivery window for your address. It's shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Email us with your order number. Within 12 hours of ordering we refund you less the payment processing fee; after that a 25% fee applies to dry items and picked fresh items can't be refunded. See our Cancellation Policy.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes. Choose Pickup at checkout to collect your order from our main store. Pickup is free, there's no minimum order, and we'll email you as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Do I need an account?

You can browse without one. To place an order, earn Ren Rewards and use member offers, you'll need to sign in. It takes a moment with an emailed sign-in link.

How do Ren Rewards work?

You earn points on eligible spend once your order is delivered, and can redeem them for money off at checkout. Your balance is in My account → Rewards.

What if something arrives damaged or missing?

Tell us from your order page or by email and we'll refund or replace it. See our Returns Policy.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods offered at checkout, processed securely by Stripe.
